I'm glad that getting a wheelchair-accessible room with the bathroom, quirky sink, and the interior of the market was not a problem. The breakfasts are varied and very good, with the espresso machine and gluten-free options, for instance.- The location is particularly good, as the hotel is close to the synagogue.- All in all, they offer very efficient service.

Had spotless double room on the higher floors and wake-up service was available in it. The breakfast offered was varied with the expresso machine and glutenfree options, as example. The location was incredible, near to the Mercado Do Bom Sucesso, frequented mostly by Portuguese as well as a fantastic fish restaurant and easily accessible. Conveniently located near transit station and tourist center. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Connected to a food court which is a good option for dining.
Non-functional air conditioning, leading to uncomfortable temperatures in the room. Poor soundproofing and lack of fresh fruits at breakfast.
